lessons from an inmate!

so recently me and my psychology class got to go to the utah county prison. we got to interview three inmates and one thing that one of the young ladies said really stuck out to me. she has been in prison since she was 15 she is now in her early twenty's she said "i am an artist, yes i paint and draw but i also have control to paint my future" and i thought that her saying that was amazing! after being through so much she's will to change her life. so lets all be artists!
